The Inspector has concluded that SDC has not complied adequately with the Duty to Co-operate and has cancelled the November Hearing sessions; therefore, the outcome of the Plan is suspended. Does Edenbridge Town Council want to consider a response to SDC and the Inspector, especially, in view of the costs incurred to the Town Council having employed an independent consultant to make representation?
