Recommended: Members objected to this application and commented that the totem would impact on the openness of the greenbelt and was out of out of character.

Recommended: Members supported this application.

Recommended: Members objected to this application on the grounds that this was over development of the site, and risked causing over-looking, there was insufficient parking, and a loss of green space. The bins store would no longer be accessible from the road so that waste management vehicles access would be more complex and disruptive, and the traffic barrier would cause a traffic over flow and interfere with the traffic on the main road.

Recommended: Members supported this amendment but subject to there being no loss of parking from the original application.

Recommended: Members supported this application subject to the approval of the Conservation Officer.

Resolved: Members supported this application and and give consent to the above work as a re-designation of the rooms and space within the Pavilion.

Members were pleased to receive this update and commented that they agreed with the work to be done.
