RECOMMENDATION TO MAKE AN ORDER
File No: PROW/SE/C435
It has been concluded that Public Footpath SR620 has been mapped incorrectly on the current Definitive Map on a balance of probabilities.
Please note that, once made, the Order will be advertised for a period of 42 days during which there will be an opportunity for objections. If no objections are received, the Order will be confirmed, and the routes amended on the Definitive Map and Statement. However, if objections are made, then the Order will have to be submitted to the Secretary of State for determination.
