In the absence of the Chairman and the Vice Chair, Cllr Gemmell Smith proposed, Cllr Baker seconded and members unanimously
Resolved: Cllr Layland to chair the meeting the Planning Committee.
Apologies for absence were received, noted, and accepted from Cllr Aldridge, Cllr McGregor and Cllr Todd.
A member of the public spoke regarding Item 6.2 Headley 85 Lingfield Road, saying that there had been two previous applications regarding this property, which had both bee approved, although no construction work had started. They said that this new application is an alteration to the first floor which would triple the floor area. They said that the whole extension would be overlooking neighbouring properties..
The Chairman proposed to bring forward agenda items 6.2 in view of members of the public attendance. Members,
