Resolved: the minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 11th December 2023 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as an accurate record of the meeting; pages 2023/032-p1-2.
Recommendation: Members objected to this application and repeated their objections on the following grounds:
- Overlooking
- No provision for parking
- Flood risk would increase
- The site is very close to the Crown Inn and Waitrose. No noise assessment has been provided

The Chairman summarised activity and progress on Edenbridge Town Council's submission to Sevenoaks District's Draft Local Plan consultation. This included details of the meetings between Councillors and the Consultant assisting Edenbridge Town Council, and the two public drop-in sessions held by Edenbridge Town Council.
Members commended the work that the Town Clerk had done bringing the Town Council's response together.
