Apologies for absence were received, noted, and accepted, from Cllrs Baker, Cummings, Gemmell Smith, McArthur, Parker, and Todd.
Resolved: to confirm the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 9th June 2025 and that they be signed by the Chairman as a true and accurate record, 097/1-8.

Cllr Streets joined the meeting at 19.37.
Members noted and approved the comments made.
Ward Councillor Cllr Layland said at the meeting that he had spoken to the Planning Officer who had informed him that the applicant had provided information and documents which answered all the above comments to the Planning Officer's satisfaction.
It was also noted at the meeting that the application should not have been validated as the application form is unclear in section ‘Listed Buildings Alteration’. Both ‘c’ and ‘d’ answered No, yet believe should be ‘Yes’ as works is taking place to the internals of the building.
It was agreed that Ward Cllrs Layland and McGregor will take this up with the head of the validation team.
