Councillors discussed the Local Plan and agreed to wait until their upcoming meeting with a Planning Consultant before making a decision.
The minutes dated 18th August pages 2023-103/1-3 were adopted at the meeting 1st September 2025 so members agreed to receive, approve and sign the minutes of the Planning and Transport Meeting held on1st September 2025 pages 2023-104/1-3.
Resolved: to adopt the minutes of the Planning meeting held on 1st September 2025, and that they be signed by the Chairman as a true and accurate record, pages 2023-104/1-3.

Members discussed the opportunity to address the Development Control Committee meeting scheduled for 25 September 2025. While various options were considered, members were minded to not address the Committee, but deferred their final decision on whether to speak until the day of the meeting.
