Resolved: the minutes of the Planning and Transportation Committee held on 21 March 2022 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting; pages 9697-9702

Recommendation: Members supported this application but noted that the Council is the applicant.
The Council had just received paper copies of the Consultation. This had already been advertised on the Council’s website.
Resolved: To hand deliver paper copies to Bridges, the Library, St Brelades.
Members noted that there had been a recent improvement and agreed to remain in touch with the relevant parties to ensure the area stays tidy.
Members commented that this should also be reported to Lingfield Parish Council and Kent County Council Highways.
