Resolved: that the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 18 July 2022 be duly signed by the Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting; pages 9758-9760.
Members, Ratified: the expenditure to the 31 August 2022.

Ratified: the expenditure over £500 up to 31 August 2022

Cllrs Lloyd and Sumner confirmed they had seen the reconciliations.
Members Ratified: the Bank Reconciliation statements and Procurement Card statements for July and August 2022.
Members, Ratified: the transfers into, out of and between bank accounts.
Nothing to report.
Members discussed the budget comparison report and said that it was not clear to understand easily if council was on budget/target. The RFO said she would look at the EDGE reports to see if this report could be presented in a different format.
The Lloyds Bank account should be closed by the next meeting, members were asked to approve transferring the balance of £128667.40 into the CCLA account.
Members Resolved: to transfer of funds to the CCLA account?
This was received and noted at the Town Council meeting on the 3 October 2022, the Town Clerk and RFO where again thanked for their work with the end-of-year accounts and AGAR
Members Resolved: the legal fees of £1000 towards the potential Land transfer if required.
