Resolved: the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 5th February 2024 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting pages 2023-036/01-4.
Recommendation: Members supported this application subject to the planning officer establishing that the single storey dwelling is no larger than the existing storage building.
