Resolved: the minutes of the meeting on 19th July 2024 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate of the meeting pages 2023 pages 058-01-03.
Recommendation: Members supported this application.
Recommendation: Members wished to withhold their judgement until the full application is revalidated.
Recommendation: Members supported this application subject to:
- the large window should be obscure and remain fixed shut.
- Members had reservations as it seemed that nearby residents had not been consulted
Resolved: Cllrs A Layland, A Read and M Stockdale agreed to view the documents and submit their comments to the Planning Officer to collate a response.
