Cllr Aldridge declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 6.6 of the agenda.
Resolved: the minutes of the meeting on 29th July 2024 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate of the meeting pages 2023 pages 057-01-02
Recommendation: Members objected to this application wished to repeat their comments previously submitted.

Recommendation:Members objected to this application, and commented that is would be over-development in the Green Belt, and should permission be granted it should include a condition that the unit should remain ancillary to the main dwelling.
