Members noted an award had previously been approved by the trustees to HOUSE in July 2023, of £2,137.98. The award was paid out on 1 December 2023, and had been included in the accounts. The accounts also included the interest earned from the CCLA/COIF accounts and the Scottish Widows account. The CCLA/COIF shares value had increased and been accounted for.
The Chairman of the Council, on behalf of the trustees, signed the accounts as a true record of the Charity's financial position to be submitted to the Charities Commissions.
Resolved: to confirm the annual return for charity no 307544 with a balance of £52,167.33 as of the year end.
Members noted Edenbridge Primary School had not made any further applications since January 2021, and recommended Council to nominate a councillor representative who could re-establish contact with the school.
