Cllr Stockdale declared an interest in the Eden Valley Museum.
19.07 Meeting Closed
2 members of Eden Twinning attended the meeting and spoke about why they had requested a grant for the French themed events programme they had planned for young children. To learn more about the French culture, through crafting, games, and activities. They wanted to continue the long existing links and friendships that have been made over the last 52 years and promote social and educational events.

Resolved: to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on the 25 November 2024-075/01-02 for the Charities no; 302732 The Public Recreation Ground, 302733 The Recreation Ground and 307544 The Norman Foundation and the Grants 2024; The Chairman will sign as a true and accurate record.
Members noted the accounts recorded ‘nil’ return as all expenditure was managed through Council's I&E accounts, therefore 'nil' return. All activity was reported through the Open Spaces Committee as managed by the Council (sole managing trustee) and registered land owner.

The closing Balance as of the 31 March 2025 was £52,958.07.The Chairman of the Council, on behalf of the trustees, would sign the accounts as a true record of the Charity's financial position before submitting to the Charities Commissions.
