Both public and members are limited to three minutes per person to speak and the total time designated for public questions shall not exceed fifteen minutes unless directed by the Chairman of the meeting.

Balance of funds £177,862.56 of which £44,523.12 is allocated to other awards approved; unallocated CIL funds £125,379.44. (This includes funds released at the last meeting and bids awarded.)
SDC CIL portal shows £223,495.91 outstanding to receive (October-March 2025 receipts). This is £49.81 land off Farmstead drive; £45,663.75 4 Ridge Way; £177,782.35 Jewsons.

Awards waiting to claim update:
Edenbridge Town Council: Promotional Infrastructure for Visit Edenbridge – balance £9890 (resolution February 2020 5.3 £12k)
Outstanding is the walks app/GPS and reproducing the walks leaflets. Progress update: The 10 walks map data and walks information is currently with the designer and we hope to go to print reasonably soon. It is not expected to use the full allocated funding.
Edenbridge Town Council: Contribution towards Electric Car Charging Points via KSTS for Edenbridge – £7,500 (October 2021 7.2.)
EVCs installed MYCP x 4. Awaiting invoice.
Edenbridge Town Council: Main Road 40mph buffer zone, addition of white gate contribution £2858.12. (February 2022 and November 2024)
Edenbridge Rugby Club – Pavilion Refurbishment - £8,275 (resolution February 2022 5.2.)
Details of the refurbishment schedule and works yet to be finalised to the Council, and claim by the Club to be made.
Hever PTA: Outdoor classroom £10,000. (November 2024 7.2)
St Paulinus Centre: Kitchen floor replacement £6,000. (November 2024 7.3)

WI Hall: Floor repairs £7960. (awarded November 2024 7.4).

All applications received were submitted to SDC to confirm eligibility as part of the validation process.
NEDRA submitted two applications for projects but at this stage have not passed the validation stage as they do not have the legal right for the projects:
- Additional waste bins and dog fouling campaign
- Pelican or Zebra crossing outside Manor Care Home
