25/00367/REM

A meeting was held with a representative of KCC to discuss items on the Highways Improvement Plan (HIP).

A report will be circulated separately and reported at the meeting.

The portable SID has been out and about in the town rotating around the five approved sites. Data has been downloaded and is yet to be presented in a summary format. This is now likely to be for a future meeting, but discussion can take pace at the meeting.

The Planning Officer is in correspondence with GTR regarding accessibility at the Edenbridge Station.  They have agreed to add this to their ideas list for 25/26 but have said that it might be difficult to justify in terms of cost and station usage.

A report of disruptive behaviour of children at the station is currently with Kent Police..

Reports should be made on KCC's website www.kent.gov.uk - Report a Problem - Roads and Travel.

A meeting with the Highways Manager for Sevenoaks network is due take place with several maintenance matters to be raised.

Do Members have any questions or additions to the outstanding maintenance list for the meeting?
