Apologies for absence were received, noted, and accepted from Cllrs Baker, Cummings, McGregor, McArthur, Stockdale and Streets.
Cllr Aldridge declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 6.4 on the agenda.,
Resolved:to adopt the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting on 17th February 2025 p2023-8/1-4, and that they be signed by the Chair of the meeting as a true and accurate record.

- Highways concerns with access road/entrance onto Pootings Road has poor visibility splays
