Apologies for absence were received, noted, and accepted from Cllr Baker, Cllr Cummings, Cllr McGregor, Cllr Parker and Cllr Todd.
Resolved:the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 13 October 2025 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting; (pages 2023-109/1-3)

It was noted that the Town Council has submitted a response.
Members agreed that the Town Council would submit links to it's tourism and walk leaflets and the comments made on the Edenbridge Local Walking and Cycling Infrastructure Plan.
Members agreed that Speedwatch sessions were important and should take place aften as could be arranged.

Members wished to discuss a zebra crossing at Four Elms Road at the next HIP meeting.
Members agreed the Town Council should reapply for planters on the platform on Edenbridge Town Station and also consider applying for improved lighting in station Approach.
