Apologies for absence were received, noted and accepted from Cllrs Compton and Todd. Absent: Cllrs Jennings, Smith, Sumner and Taylor.
Cllr Damodaran and Layland declared an interest in item 5 – Edenbridge and Westerham Citizens Advice.
Members Resolved: that the minutes of the Grants Committee meeting held on 29 November 2021 be duly signed by the Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting; pages 9649-9650.
Members Resolved: to award the grants for the total of £6,590.00 (as above)
Members discussed the unallocated funds of £1,290.00. No decision was confirmed and was referred to full Council.
