Resolved: the minutes of the Planning Committee held on 6th November 2023 be duly signed by the Committee Chairman as a true and accurate record of the meeting; pages 2023-025/1-3
Noted: the Agenda text was incorrect and did not note the date of the previous meeting.
Recommendation: Members objected to this application and repeated their previous comments:
- Overlooking
- No provision for parking
- Flood risk would increase
- The site is very close to the Crown in and Waitrose but no noise assessment has been provided.

Members repeated their original comments that they object to this application until there is evidence that Officers are satisfied with the mitigation for the noise from the extractor fan.

Members repeated their comments that this application would have an impact on the openness of the greenbelt, would cause road traffic problems and would overburden the infrastructure.
