Procedure Clerk
Check which version is currently active
Go to the View Meeting page for the relevant meeting. In the Agendas table, the currently live version is marked with a tick in the Live column.
If the wrong version is showing, the tick will be on an older version rather than the one you intended to make live. This typically happens when a new version has been committed but the switch step was not completed.
Switch to the correct version
Click Change Active Agenda below the Agendas table and select the version you want to make live.
See Publishing and switching versions for the full switching procedure.
If no version is marked as live
If no version has a tick in the Live column, the active agenda has been unset. Use Change Active Agenda to select the correct version and make it live again.
After switching
The change takes effect immediately. Ask the councillor or resident who reported the issue to refresh their browser — they should then see the correct version.
